A New Way to Lead

The world doesn’t need more leaders who are burned out, performing authority, or chasing growth at any cost.
It needs leaders who are awake.
Leaders who honor both expansion and rest.
Leaders who know when it is time to complete with dignity.

Light Leads invites you into a new rhythm of leadership — one that illuminates rather than dominates, integrates rather than fragments, and dignifies every season of your work. It’s not a formula for success. It’s a field of remembrance — that growth, pause, and completion each carry their own sacred purpose.

You’ll find yourself reflected in these pages: the part of you that still longs to build what’s true, to rest without guilt, and to end what’s complete without shame.
This is leadership that breathes — cyclical, soulful, sustainable.

From Light Leads

There is a quiet space between action and knowing — between striving and surrender — that many leaders miss.
It’s the place where soul and strategy meet.

Light Leads was born there.

This is not a book about endless growth.
It’s a guide for moving through every season of your work — the expansion, the integration, and the release — with grace.

It will meet you:

  • when you’re building something new and need alignment more than adrenaline,

  • when you’re tired and need rest that renews your clarity,

  • and when you’re discerning what’s ready to end — not as failure, but as sacred completion.

Welcome home to the field of light.
You’ve always belonged here.

About the Book

Through 28 reflections that move through the natural cycles of growth, pause, and completion, Light Leads offers both spiritual depth and grounded practice.

You’ll explore:

Vision & Alignment — remembering what’s truly calling you and pruning what no longer fits.
Boundaries & Authority — leading from integrity that protects your energy and honors your truth.
Courage & Trust — acting with clarity, even when endings are required.
Rest & Renewal — reclaiming stillness as part of the work.
Legacy & Wholeness — leading in a way that outlasts any single season.

Each reflection includes real-world examples, questions for discernment, and simple business practices — tools to translate wisdom into tangible movement in your calendar, team, and decisions.

Who It’s For

Light Leads is for the entrepreneur, creative, or executive who is no longer satisfied with performing leadership.
It’s for the leader who wants to grow without abandoning themselves — who seeks expansion that doesn’t require exhaustion, and completion that doesn’t carry shame.

If you’ve ever felt that your work is both spiritual and strategic, sacred and structured — this book is your companion.

Because business isn’t separate from spirit.
Your vision is sacred.
Your leadership is a living cycle.

Light Leads will help you remember how to walk it — with light, integrity, and grace.

From the Field

For over twenty-five years, I led in the printing and graphic-arts industry — a world that taught me everything about precision, creativity, and the alchemy between vision and execution.
As CEO and self-proclaimed Chief Executive Alchemist of Tricor, I built teams, stewarded brands for Fortune 500 clients, and loved translating big ideas into tangible impact.

But success, as I knew it, began to ask for something deeper.
Through burnout, a global pause, profound personal loss, and the eventual completion of a long-held business, I discovered that leadership is not a straight climb but a sacred cycle — of growth, pause, and completion.

Light Leads was born from that threshold: a meeting place of soul and strategy, where clarity replaces hustle and endings are treated as acts of grace.
Today, I walk beside conscious leaders, founders, and creatives who are ready to build what’s true, rest when called, and close chapters with dignity.

Leadership, to me, isn’t about control anymore.
It’s about illumination — letting the light lead the way.

“When we honor every season of our work—growth, pause, completion—we lead with wholeness, not performance.”
