Who We Are
We are servants of the Light, dedicated to helping souls remember their divine nature and return to the truth of who they are.
Our Story
Servants of the Divine Light
Nova Asha is not just a name - it represents a sacred mission that began with a profound spiritual awakening. Through years of dedicated practice, meditation, and service to others, the channels to higher consciousness opened, allowing divine wisdom to flow through.
What you experience here is the result of pure devotion to serving the Light. Every message channeled, every tool offered, every word shared comes from a place of deep reverence for the sacred journey of awakening that each soul is on.
We understand that the path of spiritual awakening can feel lonely and challenging at times. That's why we've created this sanctuary - a place where you can find guidance, community, and the tools you need to remember the magnificent being of light that you truly are.
You are not here by accident. Your soul has guided you to this moment, to this message, to this opportunity to remember who you truly are.

Melita Callahan
Founder, Oracle, Scribe of the Council
I once lived a divided life — CEO, mother, wife, and community builder by day, and a quiet spiritual seeker by night. Then came the unthinkable: the sudden death of my daughter Jo’el. In that dark night of the soul, my spiritual tools fell silent, and in surrender, the Council of Light began to speak through me. At first softly, then insistently, they guided me back toward a healing I had never known was possible.
From those transmissions emerged the Field of Light Oracle Deck, sacred grief rituals, and custom Council messages — offerings born not from ambition but devotion. They became a beacon for others navigating loss, a reminder that even in the depths of sorrow, love still leads us home.
Over time, my work expanded beyond grief into the broader arc of transformation and leadership. My book, Light Leads: The Soulful Path of Leadership Through Growth, Pause, and Completion, brings the same wisdom into the realm of business and personal evolution. It is for leaders, dreamers, and changemakers seeking a way of leading rooted not in striving, but in authenticity, soul, and remembrance.
Today, my purpose is to weave together these strands — grief and guidance, business and spirit, loss and leadership — so that others may find not only healing, but also a deeper, more luminous path forward.
Jo’el
CEO in Spirit, Keeper of the North Star
Jo’el was a seeker, a challenger of systems, a military intelligence specialist turned heart-centered recruiter. Her wanderlust carried her across the world, where she formed deep friendships and collected stories. Her infectious laughter bubbled up easily, filling rooms with joy and reminding those around her of the simple beauty in being alive. She was also a prolific writer, her words carrying a rare blend of truth, wonder, and vision. That essence continues to touch the Council of Light transmissions — a living thread of her wisdom and presence.
She had a gift for seeing people as they truly were and matching them with their soul path — in life, and now, in spirit.
Since her transition, Jo’el continues to guide Nova Asha with fierce love and radiant wisdom. She is the voice that says “keep going,” the star we follow when the path grows dim. Her essence is in every word, every card, every ceremony — and her laughter still echoes, reminding us to live fully and love deeply.
Brandyn Callahan
Master Glassmaker
A lifelong craftsman and world-traveled glass artist, Brandyn brings sacred form to sacred function. His handmade ritual bowls are forged in the fire of transformation, vessels of beauty born from both technical mastery and soul intention.
Passionate in his creative endeavors, Brandyn’s artistry is deeply infused with compassion and heart. Each piece he creates is alive with story — carrying within it the resonance of his own journey across cultures, landscapes, and experiences. His work reflects not only glass, but light, love, and the infinite ways we hold and release meaning.
As Melita’s son and Jo’el’s brother, Brandyn carries his family’s lineage of resilience and devotion into his creations. The bowls he shapes are not just objects; they are companions in ceremony — designed to hold what feels unholdable: our grief, our prayers, our offerings, and our celebrations.
Brandyn’s laughter, warmth, and spirit infuse every aspect of his craft. His vessels are at once art and medicine — touchstones that remind us that beauty, love, and sacred presence are always within reach.
The Source
The Field of Light is not a place, but a state of consciousness - a realm of pure love, wisdom, and divine truth that exists beyond the limitations of the physical world. It is the source from which all channeled messages flow.
This field of consciousness is accessible to all beings, for it is the very essence of who we are. Through meditation, prayer, and spiritual practice, we can attune ourselves to this frequency and receive the guidance and healing that our souls seek.
When you read the messages or use the tools offered here, you are connecting with this same field of infinite love and wisdom. You are remembering your own divine nature and the light that has always existed within you.
